- Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
